You cannot lead anybody effectively if your position as a leader means anything to you, other than the chance to serve fellowman. Otherwise your attention will be diverted into the wrong channels.
Above all things learn to work as team for that is what you are ; then the concept of individuals leaders will be overcome. You are the Atma so is the fellow man so is everything. So where are the leaders ?
The Atma has no leaders there are only those that are magnetize closer to G+d. Travelling on the pathway to spirituality. Be leaders and help others do your duty in the house of G+d.
Remain humble all times. Remember this and try to please me, knowing that you have been chosen for this vital task, to be carried out in the name of Shri Sathya Sai Baba.
